The management of project authority and stakeholder expectations, project control systems, procurement strategies and the transistion into service, to deliver an integrated outcome which showcase the client achievements.
Review designs for constructability and compliance with Australian Standards and industry standards; identify safety in design improvements, investigate and report on as build design information. Resolve engineering design issues associated with safety and environmental issues, service and utility conflicts; perform cost option analysis to improve client and contractor project budget and performance.
Investigate existing site and design conditions to capture information gaps and provide client reports.
Ensure that the quality management system achieves its objectives. Conduct quality assurance inspections involving the review and release of standard specification hold points and witness points authorising works to progress.
In accordance with quality management systems, undertake cyclical audits providing third party/objective evidence/reporting on results including non-conformance, corrective actions and areas of good practice which contribute to the project’s continual improvement.
